Downtown BMX wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it in NEW, UNUSED or UNINSTALLED condition and in the original box, within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund, less the original postage and handling. If you choose to exchange item(s), you must pay shipping and handling charges. All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured US Mail or ground service with freight prepaid. DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns will NOT be accepted for installed items, custom parts, music CD, videos or worn/washed clothing and customer service retains complete discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or in-store credits. It is our goal to process all returns within 1 business day of receipt.
Billing Adjustments for Returns/Exchanges/Backorders
Please be aware that a billing adjustment (+/-) may be applied to your order in the event that you are returning an item or cancelling a backorder that qualified your original order for a promotion/discount. If after the return/cancellation, your order no longer qualifies for the promotion/discount - Downtown BMX has the right to make the necessary billing adjustments.
If you receive parts that were damaged in shipping, please contact Downtown BMX Don't forget to save your carton!
Shortages and Miss ships
If we have made a mistake on your order, we will work with you to best resolve any problems created. Please notify us regarding any mistakes with your order! We want to hear about problems ASAP in order to serve you better. We will pay for all shipping charges (Ground) for miss ships by reimbursing you for actual shipping charges.
We issue credits for accepted claims. If you paid with a credit card, your refund will be issued against that same card. All other methods will be refunded by a company check mailed to your billing address within 2 business days after we've been assured of proper credit for your check.
All orders placed online with Downtown BMX Bike Shop will be shipped once all payments have been received and paid in full. Before your order is shipped, we will make sure there are no discrepancies with the order you have placed, or the information you have provided. If any problems are found or we are out of stock, you will be notified, and we will resolve any issues before your order is shipped. Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the time you submit it, unless your order contains custom wheels or out-of-stock items.
Shipping rates 0.01 to $14.99 are a flat rate of $6.95 Orders $15.00 to 149.99 are a flat rate of $11.95 and Orders $150.00 to $2000.00 are shipped free. These rates are for the 48 Lower states USA only. Most small items are shipped by USPS. The medium to large size orders will be shipped by FED EX. All orders shipped will be provided a tracking number emailed to you. Shipping times or delays once items are shipped are out of Downtown BMX Bike Shop control and we can not be held responsible for shippers delay's.
Currently, Downtown BMX Bike Shop only processes and ships orders to the contiguous 48 states. All other orders outside the 48 states you must email us for a shipping quote.
